Midnight workout: day five, week two, still level one, trying to push through!

Day 3. Should be resting since I have a cold but I don’t want to lose momentum!
Got my second “run” of the Couch to 5K plan in before the concert tonight - intervals of 90 seconds walking, 60 seconds running. Wasn’t as bad as the first run (no stopping!) but my body is still rejecting running. Trying to focus on breathing, finding a rhythm and Robyn. Not as sore afterwards at least!
